CompsDesk produces benchmarking reports computed from public SEC EDGAR XBRL filings (public domain; copyright in underlying filings rests with the respective filers). Reports are informational benchmarking only — not investment advice, not a recommendation, not an audit or assurance of any kind. Fiscal periods are matched by period-end date; undisclosed values print as "n/a" and are never estimated.
If any figure in a pack does not match its cited filing, email us: we verify against the source and reissue the pack free. This is a standing commitment printed in every pack.
One-off packs: full refund within 14 days if a pack materially misstates its cited sources or was not delivered as described. Subscriptions (when live): cancel anytime, effective at period end.
Packs are licensed to the purchasing business for internal use (boards, management, client advisory with attribution). No public redistribution or resale of the packs themselves.
We store your order details (ticker, peer set, email) to generate and deliver your pack. No sale of customer data, no ad tracking. Payments are processed by our payment providers (e.g., Gumroad) under their terms; we don't store card data.
Reports are provided "as is"; you remain responsible for decisions made with them. Total liability capped at fees paid in the prior 3 months. Operator's full legal name available on payment receipts / on request.
